Anne Bailey Berman has a broad background in market consulting focused on using market and organization information in customer acquisition and retention decision-making. Through her career, she has used information to support strategies in market and product development, corporate positioning, distribution and organizational alignment. A co founder and President of Chadwick Martin Bailey, she has consulted in multiple industries including financial services, health care, insurance, publishing, telecommunications, high technology, and utilities. Anne was recently presented with the Pinnacle Award for Entrepreneurship by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Third Lantern Award by the Old North Foundation. She currently is a Board member of the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, the Old North Foundation, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the Boston City to City Program. She is an elected Commissioner of the Winchester Housing Authority which she chairs, and a member of the Boston Fifth Century Trustees. Anne is a member of the American Marketing Association and ESOMAR, the international market research association. Prior to Chadwick Martin Bailey, she was Vice President of Corporate Development for American CableSystems and served as an instructor at both Boston University's School of Management and at Louisiana State University. As well, Anne worked in the state governments of both Massachusetts and Louisiana and in television news in Louisiana. She earned a B.A. and an M.A. from Louisiana State University and her M.B.A. from Boston University's School of Management and has presented papers at conferences on topics ranging from leading edge segmentation to integrating strategies to product development and innovation.
