Experienced Team

We know that moderators and interviewers can truly make or break the project, so we have developed a team with extensive experience across a wide range of industries, techniques and target markets.

All ten of our moderators have the ability to establish rapport, use their business knowledge to ask the right probing questions, keep the group on task and get below the surface of participants thoughts and feelings.

Andrea Robbins,  Qualitative Specialist:  Andrea conducts ethnography, IDIs, focus groups across the healthcare, travel, financial services, retail, automotive and insurance industries.    As a former agency brand planner, she specializes in working with agencies and clients on brand, advertising and messaging concept testing and development.

Anne Hooper, Qualitative Specialist:  Anne is an experienced moderator and interviewer who also has expertise in usability testing.  She has a long history of working with kids and adults for clients in the healthcare, insurance, technology, entertainment and sports media industries. 

Brendan Cooney,  Qualitative Specialist:  Brendan specializes in conducting online and in-person focus groups, usability testing and IDIs internationally in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and insurance industries.  His experience includes working with teens and high-level professionals.

Candy Mandel, Qualitative Specialist:  Candy brings her twelve years of experience as a psychotherapist to her work conducting interviews, focus groups and online bulletin boards with C-level executives, medical professionals, HR managers and consumers in the healthcare, financial Services, telecom, education and pharmaceutical industries. 

Chris Neal, Senior Project Manager, Technology Practice:  Chris is focused on business to business online focus groups and competitor analysis in the IT, telecom, consumer technology and networking industries.

Joanna Morehead, Ethnographer:  Joanna is an expert ethnographer with a background in grassroots youth marketing, trend research, creative direction and brand positioning. She has conducted projects for clients and agencies in the technology, hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, automotive and consumer goods industries.  Watch a sample of Joanna's work. 

Judy Melanson, VP and Leader of Travel and Hospitality Practice:  Judy has extensive experience conducting business to business and consumer focus groups, IDIs and online bulletin boards and competitor analysis in the insurance and travel and hospitality industries.

Kathryn Korostoff, VP and Leader of Technology Practice:  Kathryn is an expert in conducting business to business online focus groups and competitor analysis in the IT, telecom, and networking industries.

Mark Doherty, VP and Leader of Agency Practice:  Mark specializes in the planning and execution of business to business and consumer focus groups and IDIs for insurance and agency clients around concept, ad and brand development and testing.
